About our products

All our games, accessories and consoles are used unless otherwise stated. Items may have been restored, cleaned up and known defects are mentioned to the best of our knowledge. We can not provide you with details about the history of these games (former owners, etc.). 

All games are NTSC or for North American systems unless stated otherwise. 

All our prices are in Canadian dollars. We use applications to display the price in other currencies: these prices may be displayed at a rate different from that which will be charged when ordering. The exchange rate applied by the service used for payment (Shopify Pay or Paypal) is the one that has priority.


Excluding clearance used items*, all our games, accessories and consoles are tested and under warranty. All of our items have a 30 days warranty after purchase: if you have a problem with an item from Retro MTL Inc., please contact us by email at or via private message via our Facebook page for a refund or exchange. Our warranty does not cover your satisfaction of an item but its functioning. 

Brand new products must be returned in the original seals and packaging in order to be refunded. 

*Clearance used items are untested, non warranty and final sale.


All payments are handled through the Shopify platform and Retro MTL Inc. does not retain any such banking information.

In case of problems, risk of fraud or errors, Retro MTL Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order and offer a full refund.

The customer can request the cancellation of an order if it has not yet been completed or shipped.

Store Pick Ups

All Online orders for in-store pick-ups must be picked up within 30 days.
Any order not retrieved during this time will be canceled and refunded.


The parcels are picked up by the delivery company in the store from Monday to Friday in the afternoon. All our packages have a tracking number that will be emailed to you automatically when your order is processed by our team. Note that Retro MTL cannot guarantee the delivery time for postal shipments.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that his parcel is delivered to a safe place and we can not be held responsible for any problem arising from a delivery or pick-up at a post office. For any request or special procedures regarding delivery, contact us at the time of purchase. 

Retro MTL Inc. can not be held responsible for any loss / damage of package during processing at Canada Post. We can assist you to file a claim with them in case of problem. 

In the event of an interruption of services with the delivery company (weather, strikes, exceptional circumstances, etc.), additional delays in mailing, processing or delivery of your items may be possible: Retro MTL Inc. can not be held responsible for them. In the event of an interruption, Retro MTL Inc. will pause all shipments as soon as possible: you may contact us during this period for a pick-up or to cancel your order without charge. 

Delivery delays presented on the site are estimates and not guaranteed: some shipments can take longer than stated to get delivered, especially during exceptional circumstances. 

If a customer makes a mistake while entering their delivery address, Retro MTL Inc. can not be held responsible and the customer will have to pay any fees for a new delivery attempt. In that case, if the customer prefers a refund, Retro MTL Inc. will refund the items purchased but won't refund any paid shipping fees.

Free shipping is available for all orders shipped within Canada that are over $99.99 CAD before taxes. The shipping service used is at the discretion of Retro MTL.
